When Biohazard is Your Business

One franchise's response to COVID-19.

You are well-trained for a pandemic.
Across our Restoration 1 franchise system, we are prepared to be a calming and capable force in the wake of COVID-19.  

I’ve always considered our workforce to be a band of heroes on the front lines in people’s most desperate times of need. Today is no different. We continue to put our focus on restoring people’s lives and belongings to a sense of normalcy. That has always included water damage, mold remediation and fire damage. But in the wake of today’s hurdles, a growing attention is shifting to our biohazard cleanup, trauma cleanup, and overall disaster response cleaning services. 

Unlike the very same circumstances that have many businesses slowing to a halt, we are continuing to experience an escalating need for our services. We are answering all of them with the highest care for health and safety among our team and across our customer base. With an expertly-trained and licensed workforce that understands contaminants at a high level, the skills of our franchisees and their frontline service professionals are more important than ever. 

My promise is to help the country get through this to the very best of our abilities. In addition, our service guarantees will not change due to the sharp increase in service calls. I applaud the securities and safety measures that our government is taking to address the pandemic, and I thank the incredible Restoration 1 organization for embracing today’s needs with a professional attitude across our growing national network. We are doing today what we do every day, and we will do it with confidence to help everyone move forward.
