Master Restoration was contacted by Frontline Insurance regarding some water damage at a customer’s home, to offer a second look as there was already another restoration company on site.

A 5-alarm fire broke out around 10:00 pm at the 400 block of West Jones Street in downtown Raleigh on March 16, 2017.

We were called to a residential water damage that was a result of freezing temperatures and discovered after the homeowners returned from being out of the country.

As Hurricane Matthew was barreling into the east coast in October 2016, all restoration contractors were watching the weather channel and tracking the storm on radar.

For several years, BrightStar Care of Madison, WI had been having trouble keeping water out of their basement. Basically, every time Madison experienced heavy rainfall, BrightStar’s basement filled with water.

A warehouse space of 111,159 square-feet sustained water damage due to a monsoon storm that blew off 3,900 square feet of roofing. 

Using the proper piece of moisture detection equipment at the appropriate time is essential for a professional water damage restorer to accurately collect data in affected and unaffected areas, monitor drying progress throughout the course of the drying effort, and determine when affected materials have reached the drying standard.

A couple weeks after moving into our new-to-us home, a floor drain in our laundry room backed up, emptying some nasty brown water all over the floor.
