Contractor Support Group (CSG) has named restoration industry veteran Derrick Hall VP of Strategic Operations & Business Development as the company continues to expand its national customer relationships, service capabilities, and operational infrastructure.

Hall brings more than 31 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry, along with extensive industry relationships and expertise in business development, operations, strategic planning, and large-scale restoration projects.

In his new role, Hall will focus on strengthening CSG's relationships with national and regional restoration contractors, developing new business opportunities, expanding awareness of the company's capabilities, and supporting the operational systems and leadership structure needed for continued growth.

“I've known Derrick for years and have seen firsthand the relationships and experience he has built throughout the restoration industry,” said Tom Earl, owner of Contractor Support Group. “CSG has grown significantly, and we've reached a point where we need someone who can help us strengthen existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and continue building the systems needed to support that growth. Derrick brings the industry experience and relationships to help us do that.”

Hall said his familiarity with CSG and its reputation within the industry played an important role in his decision to join the company.

“After more than 31 years in the insurance restoration industry, I was looking for an opportunity where I could put the experience, relationships, and knowledge I've gained throughout my career to work in a meaningful way,” Hall said. “I've known the CSG team for nearly a decade and have seen firsthand their commitment to their customers, their ability to execute, and the growth they've achieved.”

“What excites me most is the opportunity to build on that foundation by strengthening client partnerships, expanding awareness of everything CSG can provide, and helping create scalable strategies that support the company's continued growth across the country.”

Hall's addition comes as CSG continues expanding its work with restoration contractors and general contractors nationwide. The company supports projects ranging from emergency response and disaster recovery to complete reconstruction.

Supporting Restoration Contractors Nationwide

CSG operates primarily as a subcontractor and extension of its clients' project teams, providing scalable workforce, project, emergency response, site protection, demolition, logistics, cleaning, equipment, and reconstruction support throughout the United States.

The company has also supported large-scale disaster recovery and reconstruction projects nationwide. During Hurricane Laura recovery operations, CSG deployed more than 2,800 personnel. CSG also supported Hurricane Ian recovery efforts on Sanibel Island, including complex transportation and logistics coordination.

As CSG continues to grow, the company plans to strengthen existing client relationships, develop new partnerships with national and regional contractors, and invest in the systems, leadership, and operational infrastructure needed to support larger projects and continued national expansion.

The company also supported Hurricane Ian recovery efforts on Sanibel Island, including complex transportation and logistics coordination, and has completed or supported hundreds of construction and reconstruction projects across the country.

With 24/7 emergency response capabilities and nationwide coverage, CSG helps restoration contractors and general contractors rapidly scale manpower, project support, logistics, and reconstruction resources based on changing project demands.
