August 18, 2026

Klarna, the global digital bank and flexible payments provider, today announced a partnership with Housecall Pro, a leading AI field service platform trusted by home service professionals who have served 1 in 4 American homes, to modernize home service payments for homeowners and tradespeople alike.

Through the partnership, more than 200,000 users on the Housecall Pro® platform can offer Klarna's payment solutions, including pay in full, interest-free Pay in 4, and longer-term financing, giving homeowners more ways to pay for repairs and home improvement projects.

Americans spend more than $600 billion a year on home services.* From replacing a roof to repairing an HVAC system, many home projects simply can't wait. Through Housecall Pro, Klarna gives homeowners clear, flexible payment options upfront for repairs and home improvement projects, while helping Pros deliver a more seamless customer experience.

"America's tradespeople have modernized everything about how they run their businesses, except how they get paid," said David Sykes, Chief Commercial Officer at Klarna. "By bringing Klarna's payment options to Housecall Pro, we're giving plumbers, electricians, HVAC pros, and other skilled professionals the payment flexibility their customers already expect."

“The home services industry has modernized rapidly, and homeowners increasingly expect the same flexible payment experiences they get everywhere else,” said Ethan Senturia, President, Platform at Housecall Pro. “Together with Klarna, we’re helping pros deliver a more seamless customer experience with greater choice, transparency, and payment flexibility, making it easier for homeowners to move forward with essential repairs and projects.”
