Welcome to part two of commercial drying. In part one we focused on the key differences between residential and commercial, the challenges, and strategies. Howard “Howie” “The Instigator” Wolf, Principal Member of HW3 Group discusses a system-based approach and risk management discipline.

  • Contractors looking to grow into commercial drying need to build strong internal systems before they scale. Training, safety culture, communication processes, documentation standards, and technology all play a critical role in preventing costly mistakes and improving project outcomes.
