The podcast will feature experienced restoration business coaches, consultants, and leaders sharing practical strategies for sustainable growth, and updates in what’s going on in the industry.

The restoration industry is a multi-billion-dollar sector driven by increasing climate-related events and aging infrastructure across the United States. Yet many restoration business owners lack consistent access to peer networks or professional development resources tailored to their industry. Karma Connect: Restoration Insider was created to help close that gap.

Each episode, hosted by Scott Sandel, Chief Revenue Officer at Karma Staff, brings decades of experience in restoration and sales leadership, and will feature candid conversations on operational scaling, talent acquisition, branding, digital marketing, and long-term client relationships. New episodes will be released every two weeks, offering a consistent resource for business owners navigating growth and day-to-day challenges.
