CORE Group, a national leader in high-performance property restoration networks and commercial program management, today announced a strategic partnership with Helixco, a provider of advanced cloud-based commercial and large-loss software solutions. The collaboration establishes Helix as the technology foundation supporting CORE’s National Commercial Program, centralizing Time and Materials (T&M) billing and workflow governance across its contractor network.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to operational clarity, accountability, and scalable growth within complex commercial restoration environments.

“What stands out to me about Core Group’s National Commercial Program is how intentionally it has been designed,” said Ray Bertka, CEO of Helixco. “There’s clarity in the standards and expectations they’re putting in place. Through the integration of Helix’s platform, CORE contractors participating in the National Commercial Program will operate within standardized workflows designed to improve documentation accuracy, billing transparency, and project oversight. The technology alignment supports consistent execution across geographically diverse projects while enhancing visibility for stakeholders throughout the job lifecycle.
