Ladder Award winner Caleb Parrotte shares his journey, leadership insights, and passion for restoration

On this episode of Ask The Expert, we’re joined by the 2025 Ladder Award Winner, Caleb Parrotte of ATI Restoration. Caleb started his journey in this industry at a very young age and had no idea where it would take him. Riding in the field, helping in the shop quickly turned into a career for him and he never looked back. Caleb serves as the Regional Manager for ATI Restoration’s Seattle-Kent, WA office where he helped rebuild the branch from the ground up, improved morale and productivity and also reshaped their culture. In this episode we dive into who Caleb is and how he got where he is today.
