Founded in 1995, both companies have grown into trusted leaders in their respective industries. Urban Valet Dry Cleaners has built a strong reputation for providing premiere garment care, convenience and eco-conscious cleaning solutions across Western New York. Renewal Claim Solutions has become a statewide leader in the restoration of textiles that have been affected by fire, smoke, water and other contaminants.

“We’re humbled and proud to reach this milestone,” said Eric Pyne, Founder and President. “Over the past 30 years, we have employed so many amazing and committed team members that have been so dedicated to building our systems and establishing our culture. This milestone is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate their hard work and effort.”

Through the end of the year, both companies will celebrate with client appreciation initiatives, employee recognition events, and community focused initiatives. The anniversary highlights not only a rich history of service but also a vision for the future. According to the company’s Business Development Officer, Abby Pyne, “the dry cleaning industry continues to change as client needs evolve. In addition to continuing our tradition of fine garment care, we’ll be adding capacity to meet the growing demand for standard wash & fold laundry service. In fact, we’ve created a monthly subscription plan as more and more homes are choosing to free up time by handing off some of their chores, and we’re happy to offer a solution.”

“Many other new service offerings are in the works as well,” says Pyne.
