Sasser Restoration, a commercial restoration company has expanded its operations and opened an office in California’s Inland Empire. Through this expansion, Sasser Restoration looks to provide high-quality restoration services to commercial businesses experiencing water, fire and mold disasters and other catastrophic losses throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

“We understand the value of working with a sense of urgency while also working with a high standard of excellence,” said Jerry Arevalo, Vice President at Sasser Restoration. “We're excited about the opportunities this new location will afford us and how we will be able to better serve our clients throughout this area.”

Sasser Restoration was founded in 2011 in the triad region of North Carolina and opened its doors in Anaheim, California in 2021. Since then, the company has continued to experience tremendous growth under its seasoned leaders and through its unique business model.

“The value of relationships cannot be overstated, and neither can the currency of trust,” Arevalo said. “Our California team is exceptional in not only the tangible work they do, but also at building relationships with our customers. It's through building these customer-centric partnerships that we have been able to expand our California footprint.”

As a commercial restoration company, Sasser Restoration primarily serves multifamily communities, healthcare and long-term care facilities, commercial and industrial facilities, manufacturing businesses, retail facilities and other technical commercial businesses.

“Oftentimes we will hear that people are frustrated by their current contractor’s slow response times, poor quality work, and infrequent communication. At Sasser, we understand how these problems not only affect the work, but also affect the person. Because of this, we prioritize quick responses, daily and transparent communication, high quality work and tirelessly strive to exceed our customer’s expectations,” he said.

Sasser Restoration’s specialized services allow customers to recover from devastating water, fire and environmental disasters that would otherwise have a costly effect on not only the physical structure, but also the significant losses due to operational downtime and secondary damages.

Sasser Restoration has been committed to providing responsiveness, service and quality at the highest level since its inception in 2011. With headquarters in North Carolina, Texas and California, Sasser Restoration specializes in water and storm mitigation, fire and smoke mitigation, and mold mitigation and clean-up services across the United States.
