The Rocky Cross Construction (North) Ltd. Group of Companies is proud to announce a significant leadership transition as Lory Perizzolo assumes the role of President and CEO. This change follows the successful acquisition of the company from its founders, Alan and Marja Welton, marking a new chapter in the company’s journey.

With a history of success and a focus on teamwork, culture and core values, Lory is poised to lead the companies to even greater heights while servicing customers in a time of need while dealing with property and contents claims, reinforcing the company’s position as an industry leader.

“I am honored to lead the RCCN Group of Companies into its next chapter,” said Lory Perizzolo. “Under Alan and Marja’s stewardship, the company has built a strong foundation of success and a reputation for unwavering excellence. I am committed to building on this legacy by fostering innovation, nurturing our talented team, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.”

Alan and Marja, after 23 years of ownership, expressed confidence in Lory’s ability to take the company forward. “We are delighted to hand over the reins to Lory,” said Alan. “His strategic vision and passion for the industry make him the ideal leader to drive the company to even greater heights,” added Marja.

During their tenure, Alan and Marja successfully navigated multiple catastrophic events, including once-in-a-century flooding in 2013 and regular mobilization to various parts of the province to assist fellow residents, and consistent company growth. Their passion and dedication have positioned the company as a respected player in the restoration industry.

The DKI RCCN Group will continue its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, top notch service and excellent quality, ensuring a seamless transition for employees, customers, and stakeholders alike.

Key highlights of Lory's appointment include:

  •  Effective June 24, 2024, Lory Perizzolo officially become the majority shareholder, President, and CEO of the RCCN Group of companies.
  • Lory is committed to building on the strong foundation that has been established at the RCCN Group.
  • Former President and CEO Alan Welton has lauded Lory's leadership and dedication to the team and customers.
  • With a focus on teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Lory plans to continue to grow the company and expand its reach in the construction and renovation industries.
