Rocky Cross Construction (North) Ltd. (RCCN) today announced the promotion of Bill Moorman to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Bill Moorman will report to the President and CEO, and will serve as a member of the executive leadership team. Bill will lead RCCN’s project managers, administration, marketing, operations and is responsible for overseeing key vendor relationships.

“Over the past two years as General Manager, Bill Moorman has supported and directed the RCCN organization in a very positive manner,” said Welton.  “Bill has been vital to the development and success of our company. Bill Moorman has over 15 years of insurance claims and restoration industry experience. Since joining the company in February, 2015 his strong background and industry knowledge accelerated his growth within RCCN DKI progressing from General Manager to COO.
