First Onsite Property Restoration (First Onsite), one of North America’s largest disaster recovery and restoration providers for commercial enterprises, has acquired DryPatrol LLC, a full-service commercial mitigation and reconstruction service provider based in Dayton, Ohio. This acquisition is part of First Onsite’s approach to attain operational excellence for clients by focusing on the expansion of critical services and timely responses.

DryPatrol is a leader in water mitigation and flood cleanup in Dayton, Cincinnati, and the surrounding area. In addition to water damage, DryPatrol offers remediation services for mold, fire, and environmental services.

This agreement with DryPatrol is the latest in a series that expands First Onsite’s capabilities and resources across North America. The financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.
