First Onsite Corporate Administrative Vice President, Kelley Dolan, has joined the board of the Restoration Industry Association, the oldest and largest non-profit professional trade association for the restoration industry. In her new role, Dolan will use her professional qualifications to help support the association’s mission to promote best practices through advocacy. Dolan began volunteering with the RIA’s annual event planning committee in 2019, and she’s been the committee chairperson since 2020. 

The RIA has seen tremendous growth in membership over the last few years, with more and more people attending networking and educational events. “What I love about working with others through the RIA is the genuine desire to support one another and to help each other grow,” says Dolan. “It’s the exposure to more folks in the industry that I enjoy. I laugh so much with my RIA colleagues.”

The Board of Directors’ energy and focus on staying committed to the elevation of the industry has led to great training tools, informational speaking events, and additional certifications for experts in the industry. 

“I value that what we do together focuses on the next steps RIA will take to support its members,” said Dolan.

Dolan has been in the restoration industry since 2004, spending the first 18 years of her career at Maxons Restorations in New York City. When Maxons was purchased in 2021, she began to transition to the First Onsite Corporate team. In the fall of 2022, she was asked to lead First Onsite’s Global Marketing Team, where she is continuing to build strong bonds all over the organization.
