BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC, a leading national property restoration company in the U.S., announced the hiring of Mick Woodard as vice president of its Nashville, TN office, and the appointment of Dan Beal as vice president of its Bloomington, IL office. In their new roles, Mick and Dan will be responsible for managing BluSky’s respective office operations including business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration.

As vice president, their primary objectives are to aid in the cultivation of growth for the office by leveraging the BluSky brand to develop relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities.

Born and raised in Nashville, Mick has 30 years of experience in renovation and construction – including residential, multi-family, commercial, retail and governmental properties. His licenses and certifications include General Contractor’s License in California, IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certificate, OSHA 30 Construction and General Industry, and US Army Corps of Engineers EM385 Certificate. When outside the office, Mick enjoys spending time with his wife and three children outdoors, engaging in his church community, and attending his kids’ youth sporting events.

Dan came from the Menold Construction & Restoration merger with BluSky in October 2021, and assumed the role of project director. He grew up in construction, as his father was a contractor, and graduated from Western Illinois University in 2008. Dan holds an IICRC Certificate of Masters Designation as a Master Water Restorer (MWR) and a Certified Health Care Restoration Technician (CHRT) from the Restoration Leadership Institute. When outside the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, and bass fishing.
