J.S. Held Expands Construction Advisory Services Practice in the Northeastern U.S. with the Acquisition of Perry Associates

J.S. Held, a global, multi-disciplinary consulting firm, announced today that it has acquired Perry Associates LLC. Perry Associates (Perry) is a construction consulting firm that provides commercial management and project scheduling support, construction claims and time impact analysis, and expert services.

This acquisition expands J.S. Held’s Construction Advisory Services Practice in the Northeastern United States. Located in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts, the Perry Associates team has experience ranging from small commercial projects to large government projects, in both horizontal and vertical construction, across numerous industries and geographic markets.

“The Perry Associates team has a reputation of excellence in our industry,” said Sean Donohue, Senior Executive Vice President and Global Leader of J.S. Held’s Advisory Services Division. “Through this acquisition, we have added a group of experienced professionals to our team, and we are confident this partnership furthers our ability to support clients on a diverse range of project types, especially in the northeast.”

Led by Bill Perry, who has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Perry Associates delivers support to general contractors, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and their respective attorneys.

Their level of knowledge and professionalism is highly regarded in our industry, and we are proud to have Perry Associates joining our team,” added Mark Cohen, Senior Managing Director and Global Leader of J.S. Held’s Construction Advisory Services Practice.

 

Perry joins the J.S. Held team of more than 1,000 professionals located around the world. Perry’s clients will now have access to J.S. Held’s suite of specialized services including property damage assessments; water and fire restoration consulting; surety services; equipment consulting; forensic architecture and engineering; forensic accounting and economics; and environmental, health, and safety services.
