NC HUB Certification
The North Carolina Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses has certified AFTERDISASTER as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). The HUB office collaborates with local Minority/Women/Small Business (M/W/SBE) Offices who offer assistance to certified HUB firms, by identifying contract opportunities with state and local governments.
AFTERDISASTER is a woman-owned small business that specializes in the provision of emergency and restoration services for water, fire, smoke and mold damage victims in governmental, commercial and institutional buildings. They provide catastrophic and large loss emergency services, remediation, and temporary power/climate controls to clients throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
Currently, they hold a federal schedule/contract for the provision of emergency services, as well as the BPA (blanket purchase agreement) for the provision of all emergency and remediation services in all Federal/GSA buildings in GSA Region 4 (8 states in the Southeastern US), a BPA for emergency
services to all Federal/GSA buildings in Region 1 (New England), and a BPA for emergency services at Langley Eustis Joint Military Base.

Virginia SWaM Certification
The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity has certified AFTERDISASTER as a Small, Women and Minority Owned (SWaM) Business.
The SWaM certification program is a state program of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The purpose is to enhance procurement opportunities for SWaM businesses participating in state-funded projects.
