With our first full fiscal year of operations with in-house management complete, we have much to celebrate. Not only was it a strong year for the IICRC, it was statistically our best year ever. We’ve grown from one employee to a staff of 28 committed and service-oriented team members and improved our core processes.
Turnaround time required to score exams, and produce and distribute certificates has been reduced dramatically. Registrants can now expect to receive their exam scores no later than 14 days after class has ended. We have also implemented new renewal processes to help ensure IICRC certified technicians and firms maintain their necessary credentials.
