One of America's fast-growing disaster restoration company has closed the deal on their next franchise territory that will dramatically expand its franchise network into the Northern Los Angeles region.

Prominent contractor and Pasadena native Anthony Tatikian (pictured, right) is the new franchise owner and will roll out the new Delta Disaster Services of Northern Los Angeles in Pasadena California. The new LA Delta location is scheduled for its grand opening in June of 2017. Delta is committed to launching other locations with an aggressive 5-year expansion plan.

Delta Business Model Built on Striking Success

The Delta Development Group franchise model evolved from the successful business practices that DDG president and founder Michael Mastous (right) developed while building a Denver-based disaster restoration franchise network spanning the country in under a decade: Delta Disaster Services.

Under the leadership of the group’s founder, Michael Mastous, DDG offers superior technology based support delivered by a network of dedicated people who are the best in the business.

The support process imparts the highly successful Delta Disaster Services business model, policies, procedures and technological resources, as well as promoting and marketing the new franchises online and in traditional and social media. No disaster restoration franchise offers more complete support of new franchises. The result is success, whether the new franchise is in California, Texas, Colorado, Nevada, Alabama, Mississippi or any other region in the United States.

Delta Disaster Services of Northern Los Angeles: A Good Business Fit

Mastous said Anthony Tatikian and his team are a good fit for the Delta business model. “Anthony has a great record of success in the commercial plumbing sector,” Mastous said. “He’s shown again and again that he is aligned with our core principals of integrity and community focus. We’re really excited to have his team join the Delta Disaster Services franchise family.”
