Steamatic, Inc., an international leader in restoration and cleaning services, is excited to announce it has awarded two new franchises, expanding the company’s reach on both sides of the country.  Steamatic of North Central New Jersey will serve the region from a location in Edison, while Steamatic of South Bay will serve the San Pedro and Torrance areas of California.

Both new owners just completed a two-week Steamatic University training at the corporate offices in Fort Worth and plan to open for business this month.

Andy Nagory, the new owner of Steamatic of North Central New Jersey, holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and has spent many years in the IT and banking industries. Nagory and his wife are also active in the real estate and construction industries.  Andy’s construction background will provide a perfect transition to the restoration industry.

“My Steamatic franchise will give me the chance to build a business of my own that’s related to my previous experience,” said Nagory

Clifton Kane, the new owner of Steamatic of South Bay, has owned and operated an environmental and construction company since 2005 in the Los Angeles area. Kane knows what it takes to build a successful business and merging his past success with Steamatic will provide for a family legacy.  He will be joined in business by his two sons who both already hold multiple industry certifications.

“I was looking to expand my current business, but it was important to me to choose a company that really cares about the customer, and Steamatic does,” said Kane.

“Andy and Cliff both represent the future of Steamatic.  Their ambition, excitement and attitude will be contagious throughout the entire Steamatic franchise system,” said Steve Willis, President of Steamatic, Inc.
