Wonder Makers Environmental Approved as Mold Training Provider in New York
State law changes regarding mold remediators go into effect Jan. 1, 2016
It's official! The State of New York has approved Wonder Makers Environmental as a training provider for the Mold Remediation Contractor course.
According to the law, and the word we have received from the New York Dept. of Labor, anyone performing mold services in New York after Jan. 1, 2016, will be required to have supervisors with this specialized mold remediation contractor training.
Wonder Makers is approved to offer these classes immediately. Beginning Nov. 16, 2015, contractors will be able to submit their training/certificates/fees to the State of New York for a license, using application forms that will be posted to the Department of Labor website in the next few weeks.
