Catastrophe RestorationRestoration and Remediation Industry News

ServiceMaster by Gilmore Joins ServiceMaster Recovery Management Division

ServiceMaster by Gilmore has earned the SRM license because of its performance, resources, and capabilities.

July 25, 2014

ServiceMaster by GilmoreServiceMaster by Gilmore has joined The ServiceMaster Recovery Management (SRM) division as one of 10 strategically placed locations throughout the country, according to a press release

With commercial restoration experience in over 27 countries, SRM is designed to provide domestic and international services specializing in commercial large-loss catastrophes. The team manages multi-million dollar complex projects in industries such as education, retail, government, places of worship, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, high-rise offices, military, telecommunications, commercial offices and multi-family homes.

SRM mobilizes its vast resources, equipment, manpower and expertise at a moments’ notice. After the 9/11 terrorist attack, SRM crews surpassing 240 specialists rallied to aid in The Pentagon recovery. Within two months, cleanup and remediation were completed. SRM was also involved with the remediation of Hurricane Sandy, the Calgary Stampede in Canada, and other large loss disasters in Iowa, California and Thailand. The SRM team and Commercial Response Centers assemble during disasters like these in order to provide consistent and professional restoration services.

ServiceMaster by Gilmore has earned the SRM license because of its performance, resources, and capabilities. With its new focus on SRM, President/CEO Steven Gilmore states, “We will use our resources and manpower to assist in national disasters, and to provide a whole new level of service to our local customers. No job is too big or too small.”
