The Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA; iaqa.org) has announced the adoption of a new Mission Statement and Pillars of Engagement for the organization, which will serve as guiding principles for the association’s strategic planning and overall operations.

 The new Mission Statement is “IAQA is dedicated to bringing practitioners together to prevent and solve indoor environmental problems for the benefit of customers and the public.” The Pillars of Engagement include Member Engagement, Communication and Connection, Education, Operational Excellence, and Collaboration.
