TROY, Mich. -- BNP Media is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of Mold & Moisture Management magazine from Key Communications of Garrisonville, Va. The sale fits the long-term vision of both organizations. BNP Media will use the assets of Mold & Moisture Management to help grow Restoration & Remediation magazine, launched earlier this year. Key Communications will focus on new launches within its core segments of glass and shelter media.

The circulation of Mold & Moisture Management will be merged into Restoration & Remediation effective with the 2008 directory issue, which will be published in December 2007. Mold & Moisture Management's online archives will soon be available at www.RandRmagonline.com.
