Southeastern Restoration Inc. Announces New Area Presidents Across Its Operations

Southeastern Restoration Inc., a portfolio company of Azalea Capital and a multi-territory franchisee of Rainbow Restoration, a Neighborly company, announced the appointment of three area presidents.
Effective Oct. 2, the following leaders will serve as area presidents:
- Daniel Smoke — area president for the Greenville market
- Aaron Fischer — area president for the Richmond, Staunton, and Charlottesville markets in Virginia
- Jeremy Ousley — area president for the Columbia, Charleston, and Hilton Head markets
In their new roles, the area presidents will provide leadership across their respective markets and work collaboratively to support the company’s continued growth and success.
“Daniel, Aaron, and Jeremy have each demonstrated strong leadership and a deep commitment to our organization,” said Reed Mattingly, CEO of Southeastern Restoration Holdings, Inc. “I’m excited to see them take on these expanded responsibilities and am confident they will make a meaningful impact as we move forward. Marshall Cole, chairman of the board, said these appointments reflect the depth of leadership within the organization and its commitment to developing and empowering our people.

The new area presidents will continue working closely with company leadership and one another to advance Southeastern Restoration’s strategic priorities and build on the strong foundation established across each of its markets.
