magicplan users receive 50% off magicplan platform pricing for their first 10 projects in the first month through a dedicated partner link. On the Elkmont side, new magicplan clients receive introductory rates on their first 10 projects: Estimating Only at 3.5% of approved amount (standard: 4%) and Full Service at 8% (standard: 10%) when at least 7 of the 10 are submitted as Full Service. Existing Elkmont clients receive introductory magicplan pricing by identifying themselves at signup.
