Speeding Up Claims with Instant Sketch and ESX Delivery

Faster documentation improves collaboration, communication, and claims efficiency

By Kayla McGowan
July 15, 2026

Welcome back to another episode of Technical Tip Tuesday. This month’s tips are sponsored by our friends at iGUIDE. We’re joined by Kayla Theriot, National Account Executive at iGUIDE, who discusses how technology helps restorers move projects forward faster than ever before.

Speed and efficiency are more important than ever. Restorers are expected to meet tighter service-level agreements, provide documentation quickly and keep claims moving without delays. That’s where tools like Instant Sketch and rapid ESX delivery make a significant impact.

With quick and accurate documentation, restorers streamline communication with adjusters and policyholders. When property data is captured early in the process and tells a complete story, restorers are able to provide a clear picture of the loss from the beginning.

Leveraging tools like these helps reduce unnecessary friction, improve collaboration, and create a better experience for everyone, especially the policyholder. Faster documentation leads to faster and better decision making, project completion without delays, and a better customer experience.

See you next week!
