Thomasville Restoration to Host Major Restoration Networking Event at Baltimore’s Horseshoe Casino

Where restoration leaders meet to network, learn and elevate the industry, live in Baltimore

The countdown is on, and one of the restoration industry’s most exciting event is almost here.

On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, Thomasville Restoration, in partnership with the Restoration Industry Association (RIA), will welcome restoration professionals from across the country to Baltimore’s Horseshoe Casino for the RIA AGA Networking Event; a one-day experience designed to inspire, connect, and energize the restoration community.

This isn’t your average networking event — it’s a high-energy, relationship-driven day packed with real conversations, powerful insights, and industry-shaping takeaways. From brand-building and technology panels to sessions on advocacy and leadership, every part of the event is built to help attendees grow their businesses and elevate the industry.

“This is THE event everyone in restoration will be talking about,” said Alexus Neidert, Head of Brand + Culture at Thomasville. “We’re bringing together passionate professionals, real-world insights, and a setting that captures the excitement of what this industry is all about. It’s not just business. It’s connection, innovation, and community.”

The day kicks off with a networking breakfast, followed by expert-led sessions and panel discussions, and wraps up with an optional TopGolf happy hour because, in true Thomasville fashion, we believe the best ideas often happen when people connect outside the boardroom.

Set against the backdrop of Baltimore’s iconic Horseshoe Casino, this event blends professional growth with the kind of energy that defines the restoration community — big conversations, bigger connections, and a shared vision for the future.

Space is limited, and tickets are moving fast. RIA members can register for $49, and non-members for $99.
