Please join us in welcoming back the one and only Darlene Balzano to Restoration & Remediation (R&R) and The Experience Events. 

A 25 year veteran of B2B Media Sales and Marketing, Darlene excelled in her 8 year stint as Sales Manager with R&R from 2014 – 2021. Specializing in e-media, she leveraged her expert Customer Service skills to educate customers to the benefits of the digital world, enlightening them on how the suite of digital products BNP Media currently provides will enhance their business in ways simply not possible through antiquated media methods 

Darlene will be responsible for Sales and Service in the Western U.S. and Canada for both R&R and The Experience Events. Prior to her time with BNP Media, Darlene enjoyed several successful years with major media companies: Advanstar Communications, Endeavor Business Media, and Penton Media, where among other duties she successfully served as the first Online Sales Manager for legendary media brand Industry Week in its history. 

Scott Beech, another 8-year veteran of our industry, remains and will provide sales and service to the Eastern Half of the U.S. and Canada for both R&R and The Experience. Teaming Darlene with Scott will provide our customers with a level of experience and professionalism never seen before in this industry.
