Prism Specialties, a provider of electronic, textile, art and document restoration services in residential and industrial markets, added two new managers to its national account team. Denise Lysak and Andrea Evans will be responsible for providing support to Prism Specialties’ clients and business.

Lysak will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of Prism Specialties’ national contractor accounts and will develop new relationships with the contractor community in both residential and commercial markets. After beginning her career in art and gallery management, Lysak developed into a sales and program manager with more than 20 years of experience.

Most recently, she was business development manager for a Prism Specialties franchise in the Northeast, responsible for residential and commercial sales for all four of the Prism Specialties service lines. Lysak holds a bachelor of arts in studio arts and management from Salve Regina University and is an officer of the New England Claim Executives Association.

 “I am excited to move to the Prism Specialties home office team from a local franchise,” Lysak said. “My understanding of our services and the value they bring will allow me to better support our contractor partners and our franchise network.”

Evans will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of Prism Specialties’ national insurance carriers and TPA accounts. She will develop new relationships with the carrier community.

Evans brings over six years of insurance industry experience to the position as a former senior claims examiner and project manager for insurance companies. She holds a bachelor of arts in sociology from the University of Akron and just completed her MBA in business leadership.

“I am eager to represent Prism Specialties to the carrier market. As an adjuster, I have a keen understanding of the value of specialty restoration in homeowner satisfaction and claim management,” Evans said.
