As the ALS Florida Association Chapter Premier Statewide Sponsor, Venture Construction Group of Florida (VCGFL) sponsored the Hope and Health Symposium held on Sept. 18. “Everything we do supports our mission of finding treatments and a cure for ALS, which is why it is so critical to fund ALS research. Thank you to Venture Construction Group of Florida for your commitment to our mission and our families,” said Cal Brooks, vice president of development, ALS Association Florida chapter.

The ALS Association works to lead the fight to treat and cure ALS through global research and nationwide advocacy and strives to empower people with ALS and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support. The ALS Florida Chapter is one of more than 39 nationwide chapters providing free services and assistance for persons diagnosed with ALS, their families, and caregivers.

“Being part of the fight to cure ALS is extremely important. ALS took my father from me, but the fight and passion of which he fought to live was inspiring.
