911 Restoration Celebrates Six New Location Launches

911 Restoration is proud to announce the opening of six new branches in Madison, Wisc., Northern Michigan, Northwest Michigan, Southwest Houston, Middle Tennessee, Temecula, Calif.

During a global pandemic, the company believes it is more important than ever to come together in service of others. As a nationwide restoration company, 911 Restoration strives to provide 24/7 quality customer service.

With the opening of six new branches in the U.S., the property restoration industry continues to expand and receive an unprecedented number of inquiries for restoration emergencies. Now, more than ever, customers need reliable and immediate water damage and fire damage restoration assistance. In addition to providing high quality water damage restoration, 911 Restoration also offers mold remediation, fire and smoke damage remediation, sewage cleanup, and disaster restoration.

911 Restoration Madison

911 Restoration of Madison is happy to be of service to residents and property owners of Madison and surrounding areas like Middleton, Waunakee, and Verona.

Becky Reed is the owner of the Madison location, and has been in the restoration business for 30 years.

As an easy going person who loves to give back to the community and meet new people, Reed previously worked as a project manager during Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Harvey.

Reed brings a wealth of experience working for a series of national restoration companies. Her hardworking and approachable nature make her a trusted leader in the local community of Madison. Reed and her team at 911 Restoration of Madison are confident they can help customers navigate through any disaster.

911 Restoration Northern Michigan

Jeff Madison is the owner of 911 Restoration of Northern Michigan, which serves areas in and surrounding Alpena and Rogers City. His team of IICRC-certified technicians are on-call and ready to provide quality water damage restoration, mold removal, sewage cleanup, fire damage restoration, sanitization, and immediate full disaster restoration.

Madison previously worked in the auto parts industry for six years and the transmission rebuilding business for 25 years. He is also the owner of the Tri-Cities branch as well. Madison’s business motto is, “Don’t talk about it, be about it.” His hard work ethic and amiable personality make him the right person to advise on restoration needs in Northern Michigan.

With a dedication to quality customer service, Madison and his team provide both residential and commercial restoration services in Northern Michigan and surrounding areas. They are trained to handle all matters related to the restoration business with care and compassion.

911 Restoration of Northwest Michigan

This office will serve Traverse City, Cadillac, Manistee, and surrounding areas.

911 Restoration of Southwest Houston

911 Restoration of Southwest Houston is owned by Azhar Usman. This location will serve areas like Katy, Sugar Land, and Missouri City.  Usman has over 25 years of experience in electrical and mechanical aspects of property construction. As a native of Pakistan, Usman moved to Houston in 2011 in pursuit of the American Dream. Shortly after, he became the owner of the new Southwest Houston branch, eager to help local residents and commercial property owners protect their properties.

As the proud owner of 911 Restoration of Southwest Houston, Usman has an entrepreneurial mindset and is committed to providing honest restoration services and helping customers that need fast, quality property restoration. Usman and his team go above and beyond to help locals in the Southwest Houston area feel at ease following water damage restoration or fire damage restoration.

911 Restoration of Middle Tennessee

911 Restoration of Middle Tennessee is run by owner Greg Warren, who brings more than 20 years of business consulting experience as well as experience working as a chief strategy officer for a previous restoration company.

Warren and his team are dedicated to anticipating customer concerns and make themselves available 24/7 to provide communication, full transparency, and restoration support. Warren understands the importance of restoring properties as quickly as possible so residents and property owners can return to a sense of normalcy and resume business operations. With compassion and care, Warren and his team at 911 Restoration of Middle Tennessee strive to provide quality restoration.

911 Restoration of Temecula

The Temecula location will serve Temecula and surrounding areas such as Hemet, Menifee, and Murietta.
