ATI Restoration (ATI), a national leader in restoration, environmental remediation and reconstruction services has appointed Randall Bal as Vice President of Business Development. Bal has over 15 years of sales and technical experience in designing Go-To-Market strategies that drive sales acceleration, customer outcomes and business results. He reports to Jeff Magoon, Executive Vice President, Revenue & Innovation.

In his most recent role as Senior Manager of Go-To-Market & Operations for Cisco Systems Inc., Bal developed, launched and led a new sales initiative comprised of more than 350 BlackBelt sellers, which resulted in 1.2B in revenue.

In his new role at ATI, Bal is tasked with accelerating the revenue trajectory through the expansion into new markets and driving rapid growth while developing the sales team. “Randall’s experience with integrating acquisitions will be a tremendous support to the company as ATI embarks on its aggressive growth through strategic acquisitions,” said Magoon.

Bal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance, Corporate Strategy and Strategic Thinking from the Quantum School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C. and an undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
