PuroClean Appoints Frank LaViola Vice President of Business Development

PuroClean, a leading restoration and remediation franchise, has appointed Frank LaViola to the role of vice president of business development. LaViola brings 30 years of experience in sales and business management to PuroClean. With proven success in the industry, having previously opened and operated his own restoration and remediation franchise, which he quickly grew to six locations, LaViola joins PuroClean’s business development department to help grow its relationships with insurance carriers and commercial vendors and oversee the brand’s growing roster of national partners.

“I’m excited to join PuroClean and eager to begin this new chapter in my career, supporting our outstanding franchise owners and expanding our trusted network of national partners,” said LaViola. “PuroClean has an incredible reputation within the industry as a quality, partner-first organization. I am proud to be here and look forward to playing an active role in what is projected to be yet another transformative year of growth for the brand.”

LaViola joins PuroClean with extensive experience in senior-level sales and management, and a background in market development and growth. Most recently, with Next Gear Solutions and AirPro Diagnostics, LaViola managed sales teams and served as a top producer, securing and overseeing multimillion-dollar contracts. Previously, he spent 23 years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car before transitioning to the restoration industry, owning and operating a top restoration franchise in West Houston. There, he opened six locations, ranking the fastest-growing franchise owner in the brand’s 51-year history.

“Frank has a terrific background combined with a wonderful personal approach, and his proven management expertise will make him a great asset to our team, driving our national operations forward for the Business Development team and our valued partners,” said Steve White, president and COO of PuroClean.
