American Technologies, Inc. (ATI), the nation’s largest family-owned restoration company, announced that three of its offices were awarded Contractor Connection Top Performer in 2019.

ATI’s Dallas, Phoenix and San Diego offices were among the top five percent of performing members of Contractor Connection’s network of over 6,000 that were bestowed this honor. Contractors must maintain a specific quality score and high levels of customer satisfaction to remain in the Crawford network.

The program was founded in 2010, and the qualification and selection of winners are based on the following criteria: overall excellence measured by estimate upload Time in Process (TIP), customer service scores, professionalism in communication and cooperation, and overall Performance Objective Monitoring System (POMS) scores. “It is a significant achievement to reach Top Performer status and a credit to our hardworking teams,” said Jeff Moore, President, ATI. “Our Phoenix office has been recognized as a Top Performer every year since 2011. This is the fourth time for our San Diego office, and we’re very excited to have our Dallas team join the ranks for the first time.”

As a Top Performer Award winner, each office will be invited to send two representatives to a special Top Performer Symposium, currently scheduled for October 15-16, 2020 in San Diego, Calif.
