Rainbow International Celebrates Top Performers at Annual Conference

Rainbow International, a Neighborly company and the nation’s leading residential and commercial restoration service provider, recently held its annual conference in San Antonio, TX, alongside Neighborly’s 22 other service brands. Franchisees nominated and awarded their top performers for significant accomplishments and contributions throughout the year.

“It is a great honor to reunite with our dedicated team of franchise owners and professionals at the annual conference,” said Cary Fairless, president of Rainbow International. “This year, we had the chance to award incredible partners dedicated to growing and succeeding in the restoration industry, like Randy and Shea Ratzlaff. Earning Franchisee of the Year is no small feat. They have worked tirelessly and extremely hard and should be recognized for their accomplishments. I know they will continue to do great things and we look forward to seeing this dynamic duo, along with other franchise owners, continue to demonstrate their expertise and leadership across their communities.”

Top award winners included:

  • Franchisee of the Year: Shea and Randy Ratzlaff, owners of Rainbow International of Saskatoon, Canada: This award is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a franchisee. The award is presented by each company to the franchisee who has consistently grown through proper training and management of their organization and has had a consistently high level of sales through quality, professional service.  
  • Service Professional of the Year: John Davis, Rainbow International of Athens, Georgia: This award is presented by each company to the service professional who is nominated, in writing, by their franchise owner and selected by the Home Office Staff based on their performance during the award year. The service professional must have a history of consistent high sales and add-on percent. They also must demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellence in Leadership: Reed Mattingly, owner of Rainbow International of Columbia: This award is presented by each company to the franchise owner who consistently sets an example for others within the system by conveying vision, participation and positive contribution to the network.
