Kustom US Acquires Southern Property Restoration
Kustom US (“Kustom”), one of the leading property restoration and recovery firms in North America, has acquired Southern Property Restoration (“SPR”), an Atlanta-based, locally owned and operated, full-service disaster response and restoration company with a combined 75 years of professional disaster mitigation and reconstruction experience. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“This acquisition will help diversify our customer base and build upon our already successful presence in the greater Atlanta market by providing customers with more resources in their time of need,” says Andrew Zavodney, Chairman and CEO of Kustom.
Southern Property Restoration was acquired by Kustom as part of the firm’s strategic long-term expansion plan in helping accelerate growth nationwide. Southern Property Restoration currently provides turnkey disaster recovery and property restoration services to both residential and commercial clients. This acquisition will help position Kustom as one of the largest, nationally-acclaimed property restoration firms in North America.
