S500 and S520 Published

The newly-revised, ANSI-approved IICRC S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration and the S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation and IICRC R520 Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation have recently been published.

The IICRC Standards team has recorded two informational webinars for those interested in learning more about the S500 and S520. The presentations feature discussions of the revisions made since the Standards were previously published and can be found on the IICRC’s YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/theiicrc.

To purchase a copy of either of the new S500 or S520 Standards, visit the IICRC webstore at http://webstore.iicrc.org.

Standards Subscription Website

The IICRC recently launched a new standards subscription website allowing IICRC instructors and schools, Certified Firms and registrants to access standards, reference guides, technical papers and multimedia publications from anywhere an Internet connection is available. The site is located at http://publications.iicrc.org.

Standards website subscriptions are available in basic and premium packages. The basic package provides online access to all current IICRC standards and reference guides. The premium subscription also provides access to historical standards, new and updated technical papers, MoU partner organizations’ reference documents and standards, and multimedia publications including instructional videos. Both are offered as annual subscriptions.

For a demonstration on how to use the new subscription site, a how-to video is available on the IICRC’s YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/theiicrc.

For questions regarding the Standard Subscription website, please contact IICRC Standards Director Mili Washington at mili@iicrc.org.
