What you need to know before heading into a CAT loss situation

Catastrophic losses like wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. can be jarring for everyone involved. While they offer a good chance to turn a profit, they also offer an even bigger opportunity to help people in your community, or beyond it.
