Rainbow International of Monroe County Receives Business Ethics Award

Bob Cobb, franchise owner of Rainbow International of Monroe County, has received the 2014 Rochester Business Ethics Award (ETHIE) in the small-sized business category for operating with integrity and the highest of standards of service, according to a press release. Cobb received the honor at the Rochester Area Business Ethics Foundation’s 12th Annual Awards event. 

Rainbow International of Monroe County was one of seven finalists selected for the 2014 ETHIE award. This award, which began in 2003, recognizes the Rochester region’s organizations that exemplify high standards of ethical behavior in their everyday business practices, and in response to crises or challenges.“

The Code of Values we stand for are not just the way we run our business, they are the way we live our life,” Cobb said. “My parents showed me how to live that way of life, my wife and I showed our children, and I show my team that politeness, respect, ethics, and honesty are a way of life. All of us share the vision that everybody needs to be treated like we want to be treated.”
