FRSTeam has named Simon Broad its new Vice President of Operations, according to a press release. Broad, who brings more than 25 years of successful franchise support and multi-industry experience, joins the company’s executive team at FRSTeam’s corporate headquarters in Hayward, CA.

As VP of Operations for FRSTeam, Broad will ensure efficient and high-quality management of operations, focusing on unit growth of the franchise as a whole, sales growth of each location and franchisee relationships and satisfaction. He will be in charge of managing the current franchise support team, system accountability and system performance.

Broad holds a master’s degree in business administration from Framingham State College and a Bachelor’s degree in law and economics from Bournemouth University in England. He has executive-level experience in operations, development and international business.
