RYTECH Appoints COO, Executive VP of Operations
RYTECH has announced that Jay Straughan has joined the company as its Chief Operating Officer. Straughan has more than 24 years of claims leadership and has a reputation of successfully growing services businesses.
Straughan will take on the newly created position of COO at Rytech and will be tasked with sales, marketing, HR and finance while working alongside Rytech CEO William D. “Bubba” Ryan.
In other Rytech news, the company has promoted former VP of Business Development, Randy Kerlin, to Executive VP of Operations. Kerlin joined Rytech in 2013 and his promotion will help continue the growth of operations in the home office and around the country. Kerlin is responsible for all business operations throughout the company and will also manage key accounts.
