Violand Management Associates (VMA) announced that the IICRC has approved 2 Continuing Education Credits in the cleaning/restoration, or inspection, or master categories for its Sales Force Development program, according to a press release.  The program is a 16-week, web-based course that provides instruction on successful sales behaviors and strategies for restoration professionals.

Facilitated by VMA Business Development Advisor Tom Cline and SalesOctane Founder and President Jim Ryerson, the class offers instruction on essential sales behaviors and strategies, and shows how to implement them in eight unique segments of the restoration industry. The program is offered in January and August each year and is capped at 10 participants per class.

Instruction is given on identifying prospects, opening doors, advancing the sale, networking, relationship building, documentation, accountability and more. Once understood, participants are guided through the sales cycles of eight unique segments of the restoration industry, including adjustors, plumbers, property managers, fellow contractors, and more.
