Columbia, MD – Websites have become the first place to go for information on everything from cooking artichokes to researching the Zagros Mountains. In keeping with its recent rebranding, the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) has unveiled its new website, which includes updated information for professionals and consumers alike, easier navigation through the site, the ability to search for cleaners and restorers in a local market, and quick access to technical information.

“We wanted our new site to reflect the other changes we’ve made within the organization, and this design definitely captures that energy in a much easier to navigate format,” said RIA President Jeff Jones, CRS. “One of the major changes we’ve made is to include information specifically for consumers, insurance adjusters and first responders. Most people meet our members at one of the worst times in their lives, and don’t realize what cleaning and restoration encompasses. These sections will help to answer some of those questions.”

The new site provides members with the ability to update their company profiles, purchase marketing materials and services through RIA Advantage, incorporates video testimonials from members, and will allow access to the latest technical articles from the Association’s award-winning monthly magazine, Cleaning & Restoration.
