ONTARIO, CA (July 11, 2008) - Benefect has contributed thousands of dollars worth of their Botanical Disinfectant to the clean-up effort in the Iowa area.
In a crisis situation like this, it can be days before restoration contractors are able to remediate homes and buildings and that forces many people into potentially harmful situations.
“We just want to make sure contractors have the tools to be able to help people in bad situations.” says Sam DeAth, owner of Benefect R.S. Co. “Even if people are in a home, our botanical disinfectant can be quickly applied to alleviate a situation without the concern of residues or toxicity of harsh chemicals traditionally used in a flood disaster.”
Additionally, in these types of situations, contractors come across desperate individuals who need help but either don’t have insurance or the repair isn’t covered by their insurance. Benefect R.S. Co. is donating this product to enable contractors to lend a hand when necessary.
The product has been made available to Jim McNeil and his Action Restoration team, who are currently on the front lines in Cedar Rapids.
