A recognized leader within the restoration industry, Jordan previously served as a Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) member and was honored as a Franchise of the Year recipient, reflecting his dedication to operational excellence and franchise leadership.
Jordan holds several IICRC certifications, including Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Odor Control, Carpet Cleaning, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup, and Health and Safety. In addition to his local restoration expertise, Jordan has extensive catastrophe response experience, having worked major disaster events across the country, including tornadoes, hurricanes, and freeze-related emergencies. These experiences have strengthened his ability to lead teams effectively under pressure and deliver rapid, high-quality restoration services when communities need them most.
