Jeff Diem

Jeff Diem is an insurance restoration entrepreneur and current owner of Elkmont Estimates, which writes and negotiates invoices and estimates for growing restoration contractors. Jeff entered the restoration industry a decade ago as a Paul Davis franchise owner. Prior to restoration, he began his career as a real estate consultant for a dozen franchise brands, negotiating and securing leases for over 300 retail, restaurant, and office locations. Jeff also has extensive real estate investment experience as a landlord, flipper, and has a construction management degree from the University of Denver.  When he's not helping his clients grow and succeed, he can be found riding dirtbikes and camping in the Colorado Rockies with his wife Sarah, daughter Ellie, and dog Lotus.
