KPM Restoration, a Saratoga Springs-based restoration and emergency response company, has experienced remarkable growth over the past year, expanding operations across New York State and more than tripling its business volume.

Founded and headquartered in Saratoga Springs, KPM Restoration now operates offices serving the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, Westchester County, and New York City markets. The company’s rapid expansion includes major growth in Poughkeepsie and Westchester, allowing KPM to provide faster emergency response and restoration services to homeowners, businesses, property managers, municipalities, and commercial clients throughout the region.

Over the past year, KPM Restoration has grown its workforce to more than 40 employees, creating new jobs across operations, project management, sales, administration, and field services.

“We’ve built our company around responsiveness, quality service, and taking care of people during some of the most diffi cult moments in their lives,” said James Kennedy, Owner of KPM Restoration. “The growth we’ve experienced is a direct result of our team, our referral partners, and the trust our customers place in us.”

The company’s expansion has been fueled by significant growth in commercial restoration projects, including water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, storm recovery, and large-loss commercial services. KPM now serves clients ranging from residential homeowners to large commercial properties, apartment complexes, schools, healthcare facilities, and municipal organizations.

Highlights of KPM Restoration’s recent growth include:

  • More than tripling company revenue and project volume in the past year.
  • Expansion into Poughkeepsie, Westchester County, and New York City markets.
  • Growth to a team of more than 40 employees.
  • Significant increase in commercial and large-loss restoration projects.
  • Continued investment in equipment, technology, and emergency response capabilities.
  • Increased partnerships with plumbers, property managers, municipalities, and commercial property owners.

As severe weather events, aging infrastructure, and property damage claims continue to rise throughout New York, KPM Restoration expects continued growth while remaining committed to providing rapid emergency response and exceptional customer service.
