Educating Consumers and Bridging Insurance Gaps

Todd Sangid shares DocuSketch’s survey results on insurance gaps and how technology can help rebuild consumer trust

In this episode of Ask The Expert, our host Kayla McGowan is joined by Todd Sangid, Enterprise Solutions Consultant at DocuSketch, and they discussed the recent results of their survey on Americans’ understanding of property insurance. This episode highlights what survey results surprised them the most, the gaps that were highlighted, what the younger generation thinks and what urgent opportunities insurance professionals can improve based on customer education and engagement.

Todd has over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry. He’s held several key roles from Estimator to Operations Manager. He also has an extensive background in insurance; he owned his own agency for several years. Todd brings a unique perspective that is extremely valuable to our industry.
