Lemon Seed Marketing, a leading branding and marketing agency for the home service industry, announced today that its co-owner and creative director, Emily Fleniken, has been named to the ACHR NEWS’ 11th annual Top 40 Under 40 HVACR Professionals list.

The list is made up of outstanding professionals in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) industry and are chosen by the trade publication’s editorial staff based on their career progress, accomplishments and contributions to the industry.

“Being recognized as one of ACHR’s Top 40 Under 40 is not just a milestone but is the affirmation of my belief that powerful storytelling and smart branding can elevate leaders in the HVACR industry,” Fleniken said. “I have enjoyed working with home service experts and still find it exciting to shape the future of an industry that makes the world more comfortable.”

Lemon Seed Marketing has earned a reputation as one of the nation’s top brand strategy companies for home service businesses, and Fleniken’s work has helped contribute to this standing. While working with her husband, Chris, in their graphics company, Real Graphics, she learned how the actual production and implementation of branded materials can impact a contractor’s business. By designing and printing vehicle wraps, apparel, signs and other printed material, Fleniken has had an inside look at the elements a contractor needs when branding a business, which they apply today at Lemon Seed.

At Lemon Seed, Fleniken continued her work with home service contractors and has helped hundreds of small businesses build authentic brands that highlight their unique stories.

“I’m not surprised that Emily was named to this influential list,” said Lemon Seed Marketing co-owner and lead strategist Crystal Williams. “Her creativity, insight and deep understanding of the home service industry have helped our clients stand out from the crowd. This recognition is a testament to her talent and to the impact she’s made toward elevating how contractors communicate their value. It’s an honor to have her on the Lemon Seed team.”

In addition to her work at Lemon Seed, Fleniken also sits on the LadyTitans board, serving as the events chair for that organization, and is a member of Women in HVACR.
